pb3 Posted September 7, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 7, 2014 Does anyone know what cruise lines, if any, include the Azores during the winter? And from what departure port or ports? Thanks.
cruisead Posted September 7, 2014 #2 Share Posted September 7, 2014 Have you Googled "cruises to the Azores"? I just did that and found quite a few cruises that include the Azores, starting from both the US and Southampton. I saw itineraries from Royal Caribbean, NCL, Voyages of Discovery, Seabourn, Crystal, Fred Olsen and P&O, and there might be more if you research further. cruising cockroach Posted September 7, 2014 #3 Share Posted September 7, 2014 The Azores are far out, 2-2 1/2 days of sailing from Lisbon. Most ships that call there are repositioning between Europe and the Caribbean.
t_car Posted September 7, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 7, 2014 Not totally true. There are quite a few cruises that are round trip from Barcelona.
Rare Essiesmom Posted September 7, 2014 #5 Share Posted September 7, 2014 Go to http://www.cruisetimetables.com and choose ports in the Azores under Portugal) from the second list of ports. It will tell you who calls there, and their schedules. EM
