i am on the cb 9/3/05 in inside cabin a424 does anybody think that it gonna be to noisy cause of the elevatores

I have had cabins many times near the elevators and quite frankly you can not hear a thing. Oh, once in awhile you might hear someone talk etc but have never heard elevator sounds.

Been on dozens of cruises, and have heard elevator noises only once - on Golden Princess' trans-Atlantic, 8-02, in very rough seas. You could hear the cars banging about in the shaft, forward elevator bank.

 

But then, there was a lot of noise on the trip, as the ship was creaking and groaning, trying to make headway. Shattering of glass along Prom deck added to the din.
