I recently received an email offering deeply discounted prices for the 3rd and 4th guest. Do all guests need to stay in one stateroom to get these prices?

Yes, the discount is for the 3rd and 4th guest in that particular stateroom.

And the great thing about the promotion is that it is available on current bookings. I called last week and dropped $320 off my fare and also added $150 in OBC. This is my second re-fare on this booking, dropping the fare by a total of $600 (28%) and adding $100 in OBC. I am hoping for more, but I am very happy with the current price-point and don't think it'll go down any more.

Certainly not 3rd and 4th prices as cheap as they had in the past but it helps.
