Does anyone know if this cruise has 2 formal nights and if so what nights they are? This is a port intensive cruise with only 1 sea day. We are trying to plan a birthday.

Posted this on the wrong place.

Would appreciate if anyone knows. Thanks!

We did one of the Summit Southern Caribbean Itineraries In 2013 (San Juan, PR - Barbados - St Lucia - Antigua - Sint Maarten - St Thomas, USVI - and back to San Juan, PR). At that time there were 2 Formal Nights (normal for a 7 Nigh Celebrity Cruise). The first one - Captain's Welcome was on Night 2 (Day 2) a sea day (on the way to Barbados). The last formal Night - a Fond Farewell was on the second to last night (Day 6) after we left Sint Maarten.

I understand this is pretty much the normal routine for the Summit's Souther Caribbean Routes...

But you should be aware that nothing is cast in stone.. When Formal Nights happen on Celebrity is at the Captain's Discretion (in consultation with his Sr Officers... Particularly the Head of Food & Beverages)

hope this is helpful (somewhat)

Cheers!

Thanks for the information. I wasn't sure how that worked. We are going with my DD & SIL - it is their first cruise and she has a birthday on the 3rd night. We were thinking specialty restaurant for that evening would be fun! We are excited at all the ports for this cruise and just excited to go and get out of MN winter!
