You can get this information on cruisedeckplans dot com. It takes a few clicks but you can get there. It works for Carnival ships.

On the home page choose your cruiseline: Carnival

Then choose your ship.

On the page they take you to, look down near the bottom of the page. You will find OTHER FEATURES:

Click on: Extra Information.

Then click on: Cabins by deck

As you can see there is a lot of other information there that you might find helpful

Sharon

Here's a google result showing those pages for all ships:

https://www.google.com/search?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.goccl.com%2F~%2Fmedia%2FFiles%2FIrman%2Fbookccl%2Fthe_fleet%2F

Once you choose the right ship, go to "stateroom descriptions"

Thank you both for the info. I was able to find both the Splendor and the Liberty.

Day 7

At Sea

Halifax - New York

Salmon Day at Sea

A Fantastic Night & Meeting With the Queen

As I expected, internet minutes ran out as I was posting LIVE review yesterday.

Munites run faster that we use them.

This is a game that we never win..

Warm and slightly rainy morning on our way from Halifax to New York

An unidentified ship ahead of us!

The unidentified ship was immediately identified as RMS Queen Mary!

What a treat!

What a present from the Splendor!

What a company!

I wondered how the Queen Mary and the Roayl Princess would share Brooklyn Terminal...

Wow!

RMS Queen Mary is going to dock at legendary Pier 88... next to us!

Unbelievable show we have this morning...

What a day in New York!

It brings us back to the glorious days of the Ocean Liner Row.

This is a movie scene from mid 60s.

You SS France, SS Raffaello (or her sister ship SS Michelangelo), RMS Queen Mary and one of Cunard Saxonia class ships on far background:

The same place today (already yesterday) as seen from the beautiful forward observation deck on the Carnival Splendor:

I was the Splendor this past June will be on it again next year.........so need another cruise. I love the Splendor. As for the service.....excellent, food...well, all I can say is I have dined at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, the Hilton in London and McDonald's in New Jersey and the food on this ship was as good as any five star restaurant I have dined in.

Excellent photo review, and darn, the food looks good! Your photographs are excellent!

Happy to see you visited the museum in Halifax and got the shot of the Titanic paneling, I take it you also saw the deck chair from her. Did you learn about the great Halifax explosion during WWI that destroyed most of the city? When I was there they had a video about it.

Not to pick nits, but "RMS Queen Mary" is retired as an hotel in Long Beach, CA. You saw Queen Mary 2, which is not an RMS (Royal Mail Ship), but an amazing ship that I have had the privilege to sail on, and see her doing 29 knots one night! She can really haul a*s when she needs to!

Again, thanks for the great photos! :)

You are welcome!

Yes, I read about the explosion many years ago.

Halifax was (for us) the major point of this itinerary.

Ooops, I dropped number "2" in Queen Mary 2 name a couple of times - in a hurry. :)

I've been on both Queens.

Absolutely marvelous...

Happy cruising!

living in Boston, Halifax remembers Boston every XMas sending a beautiful Xmas tree for the quick response to that event. The Officals cite that explosion was the worst explosion only seconded by a nuclear bomb.
