New York port to LGA

On a July '14 weekday, it took us exactly 50 min at that hour, albeit going from LGA to Red Hook. Traffic wasn't bad, but we hit some construction slowdowns. They will kick you off before noon! Also, if you are docking at Manhattan, the transfer should be more like 40 min IIRC.

Hi,

 

I think the original poster was referring to scheduling a flight from LGA that departs after noon. Yes, you should be okay if you schedule a flight that is scheduled for the afternoon. I have booked a flight that departs from LGA at 1:05 pm after my crossing in November.
