Automatic Self-Serving Wine Dispensers on Allure

Can anyone please tell me if the Automatic Self-Serving Wine Dispensers on the Allure are on every deck in the MDR?

I was on Allure 2 weeks ago and had MTD - deck 5. The machines were sitting empty - looked they had been down for a while Didn't check the other floors

 

We waited 30 minutes every night for a table. I think they could have sold quite a few drinks while we waited.

On one sailing we got to use the automatic wine dispensers. They were pretty cool. The following year they were not in service. If I remember correctly, there were two or three different pour sizes. I agree, they should get them up and running.
