Are minivan taxis readily available at JFK?

It depends on what you mean by a mini-van. There are plenty of van-ish like cabs but if you mean a full size mini-van they are few and far between. The new cab of the future is a mini-van boxy type which has little problem for 4 people and some luggage.

We have four people and probably 5 pieces of luggage--I assume we'll need something larger than a sedan--
