Observations of the new Chef's Table

Does anyone have a review/observation of the new Chef's Table menu. The previous/current menu is great and I am looking forward to the new menu on the Freedom in Dec. I would enjoy hearing what others think of the new menu.

The new menu looks very intriguing. I don't sail again until the end of 2015. If they keep this menu for a couple of years (as was the case with the most recent menu), I'll be happy to try this offering. The Chef's Table is a great experience that I don't think I'll miss on any cruise.

When the original menu changed their were a LOT of complaints that it wasn't on the new menu. I look forward to trying it!

 

I board the Magic this weekend and just requested a reservation for the Chef's Table, may as well enjoy the last menu one more time, but if it's the new menu, that's fine too! :)

Well... The Wagyu is a beef, but the Marrow is a slight turn off.... Are you getting the meat with the other as the sides? The rest of the Menu sounds awesome.

Of course - gotta love the food porn! We'll see which menu I get, haven't heard from the ship yet, I'll have to email again, usually they respond right away :)

LOL, you live in the city of expensive food. I've spent $35 on a hamburger and ice tea in Manhattan.

 

You might want to try just once... it is way more than a meal, it is an experience. Galley tour, lots of wine, chatting with the chef. It takes at least 2 hours from beginning to end. I'd liken it more to an excursion than a meal.

Well sorry, We dont eat at the tourist traps in NYC.

 

Im sure CT is terrific but we like the dining room on the ships plus they dont ask for $150 extra

The Chefs table also includes unlimited wine. We are doing it again on Pride with the new menu-cant wait. Well worth it. I have pictures of the first menu but not sure how to post them.
