Parking in NY for back to back cruises

Does anyone know how they handle parking for back to back cruises at the Manhattan cruise terminal? We are doing that on the Breakaway this Sunday and 10/5. I know there is a cap at $400 for parking for long cruises, but how will they even know I am staying on for the second week? If I don't say anything and pay the $280 and then go park, how will they be able to tell I am staying on? I will just be another car in the lot. In the old days, you used to put a receipt of some kind on your dashboard that showed how long you are parking for, but that is not done any longer.

Should I just pay the $280 and not say anything?
