Lisbon Portugal help

Can someone give me some information concerning the port in Lisbon.

 

We wNt to go to city center from cruise port. IS THERE a city bus? If so how much and where do you catch it?

 

Take a Taxi?? If so how much??

 

The ships shuttle bus is $16 round trip a person. That is a top off. There has to be a cheaper way to go to the city center.

There are 2 piers in Lisbon, a fair distance apart. You will need to see which pier you will be docking.

 

You actually should be able to find a lot of information on the "Ports of Call" threads which are focused on such questions.

We dock under the bridge. Think it's April something bridge.

There are now 2 docks one under the bridge the other almost in the town, plus a hop on hop off bus stops at the new dock but you can walk it , its close .

You can buy tickets for hop on, hop off bus right outside ship. Beaware of your surroundings at all times. Many pick pockets around :(

We paid 10 euro for a taxi to city center for 4 people

You have to dicker with them. One wanted 20€ and we walked away.
