The A330 that Thomas Cook uses have always been. 3 3 3 seating other than a few rows at the back of the plane which were 2 3 2 seating. They are in the process of upgrading them and will be 2 4 2 seating arrangements.

 

In premium the seats are 2 3 2 and this will stay the same but be upgraded seating once the changes have been made.
