Sorry for what seems like a stupid question, but we have only sailed 1 Carnival cruise.

What are the ( fee ) restaurants onboard, re reservations available pre-cruise, and which dining locations are fee free ?

The Steakhouse and the Italian restaurant are both FEE, as well as the Sushi and the appetizer items in Red Frog Pub.

I believe that everything else (Guy Burgers, Blue Iguana, Pizzeria, Mongolian Wok dining rooms and room service) are FREE. Also, the Italian restaurant is FREE at lunch.

The steakhouse can be reserved pre cruise. I'm not sure about the Italian at dinner, lunch is walk in.

I don't know if you have kids or like adventure yourself but the ropes course if free and so is the hot dog cart in that area around the foosball tables. Ice cream machines are free and open 24 hours a day.

 

The 4D movies does have a fee but for kids the package is great especially if you have rainy days and it's kinda cool.

Tandoor,Taste Bar,Fat Jimmy's C-side BBQ(Open only on sea days) ,Deli,Lido Marketplace,Sea Dogs.Hope this Helps too..

Yeah, don't miss the Fat Jimmy's C-side BBQ. It is only open on sea days and think starts around noon. It is on the starboard side of Deck 5. Kind of not near any other food choice and kind of gets overlooked.
