Emergency number

Putting together our cruise itinerary to share with our children. I would like to include a phone number for them to use if an EXTREME EMERGENCY required them to contact us. Not bringing any electronic devices along on this trip. Want it to be an old fashioned vacation. Does anyone have a suggestion "in case it is necessary " for them to get a hold of us? Don't suggest I bring IPAD, phone etc.,but just don't turn it on.....I know the temptation would be to great & I assured hubby I could live without for a week....like the good ole days.
