jcool Posted October 12, 2014 #1 Share Posted October 12, 2014 I am thinking about decorating the cabin door. I am planning to use 3m reusable tabs. Has anyone use 3m? was 3M easy to take off?

SadieN Posted October 12, 2014 #4 Share Posted October 12, 2014 You need to wash the areas first with rubbing alcohol for a good hold. We use the little packets. They hold really well. When removing pull straight and as close to the surface as possible or else it will break. Then it's a bit of a PITA to remove it.

jamesr3939 Posted October 14, 2014 #6 Share Posted October 14, 2014 I use the command strips a lot around the house and they are great. On the ship I have used "museum putty" not sure of the exact name. But 3M also makes it. It holds well and comes off clean. It is usually in the same rack as Command Strips.
