High Tea on Norwegian?

We're traveling on the Getaway in January and this will be our first cruise with Norwegian. I'm wondering if Norwegian offers afternoon tea?

Not as such, but there are always the makings for afternoon tea in the cafe areas, if you don't mind fetching your own. If you are in a Haven suite, arrange with your pre-cruise concierge to have your butler serve afternoon tea in your cabin. That would be nearer to the real deal! (Your butler may ask, when you meet her/him, the type of tea and food you like, such as tea sandwiches, scones, cookies, cake, etc.)

There is afternoon tea served as part of a "package" so I'm wondering if this is a service they offer individually.
