Jewel Concierge - Florentina

Greetings Awesome Cruisers - We're on the Jewel in 35 days and found out from the Pre-Cruise Concierge that the Concierge on our cruise will be Florentina. We've never had her as a concierge before and are interested in your comments/opinions about her.

Wow! She must be back :) She left a few years ago to spend more time with her twins. I've had her at least twice and loved her.

We LOVE Florentina (sorry for shouting it out:))! She was on the Gem before she left; so glad to hear she has returned. She's one of the best.
