Price drops and OBC

We are taking my mom on her first cruise in February. We booked early saver. If we are paid in full and receive OBC will show up as credit on her account? We are paying for her cruise.

Yes, it will appear on the booking associated to the cabin.

As snc cam said it will be associated with her cabin. We have had this often on family cruises. The younger kids S&S account was tied to ours but the first born and husband's account were on their own CC and S&S account. For us the easiest way is just to ask "child with credit" to use their S&S to pay for things like steakhouse meals, photos and items from the gift shop.

You can go to the kiosk in front of guest services and pull out the OBC as cash if you desire. You will need the S&S card for the cabin and a pin which you assign the first time you use the kiosk.
