When do they release May 2016 dates?

When do they release the dates for May 2016? I know its a long way out but we like to book well in advance. Since we are doing a trip to Africa this May we are wanting to book for next May. Also we have sailed on the Sensation and Disney Fantasy and I think with this one we are interested in the Breeze, any thoughts? We are a family of 4 and my children will be 9 and 7. Thank you in advance for the Help!

Usually they start then. My guess the first to get released will be the Vista this winter.
