Getaway Thermal Suite

It is $199 per person regardless. If you have done thermal suites on other ships check this one out first. We did not care for it nearly as much as the Epic or the Pearl.

It is always a good idea to check the spas out on whichever ship you are sailing, but I really liked the spa on the Getaway - different from the Epic, which is different from the Pearl. But if you go to the spa for therapeutic reasons and not just to lounge, they are all good.

$199 per person or per cabin?

Sometimes (maybe even usually) you can get passes cheaper if you book a Spa category cabin that includes the passes, f.ex. a Spa Balcony (B9) or Spa Mini Suite (M9). For example we are looking at Getaway for January 2016 and the extra price between a regular balcony and spa balcony is only about $30pp.
