Accessible scuba/snorkel

Looking for something in Roatan and Belize. Am in a wheelchair, but can walk a little and do a few steps.

 

I love to scuba, snorkel, see critters and would love to see the monkeys.

 

Does anyone know what tours or tour providers would be best for this?

You might want to research the Disabled Cruise Travel forum at http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=190. Perhaps Cruise Critic members posting there will have been to Roatan with their wheelchairs and can give you the information you seek.
