Transportation from IAH to Galveston and return

First time using this reply. Not sure if doing correctly. Arriving at IAH a few days earlier and wanted to know recommended transportation options?

I understand enterprise is the only car agency in Galveston and they are closed on Sunday but you can drop off the car there for an additional $100
