Visas for pride of panama/cuban fusion

We will be on the Pride of Panama/Cuban Fusion cruise in January and wondered if anyone knows what individual visas we would need to visit Panama, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Mexico and Cuba. I now that if excursions are booked through the ship visas are taken care of but are we able to travel independently?

I haven't heard of any visas for Pride of Panama which we are doing at the end of January. We are not doing Cuban Fusion so don't know about that one.
