Opinions, our ship has this as an excursion, it is 75 through cruise but it I book directly I can get it for 59. Do you think I can say im on another ship thats in port to get the cheaper rate? There are 4 of us so it adds up! Pictures? Did you like it.:)

My wife and I did the VIP Bamboo Beach day through Norwegian. We had a blast!

 

It's a short bus ride to the beach. You get rum punch as soon as you step off the bus. They walk you to a beautiful beach. Nice loungers and a few tables. Then the food starts coming... First is a salad, then a skewer of sausage and pineapple with cole slaw, then a delicious creamy chicken dish, last is the main course (lobster, jerk chicken, and rice and beans). No problem if you want extra lobster tails. The beer and rum punch are constantly flowing.

 

They have a drummer and dance group for entertainment. They were fun.

 

The bus ride back to port was great - everyone singing Bob Marley songs.

 

We thought it was well worth the price and would do it again.
