Vancouver Ship Port To Vancouver Airport???

You should contact your cruise line and get a transfer from the ship to the airport with the USA Direct program if you are flying to a US city. The cost should run about $20.00USD each. The reason this is advantageous is that you will avoid going through Canadian customs at the pier and US customs later. Your baggage will go from the pier to the plane.

Just used this program on Monday - $15 per person. Decided to do a Vancouver excursion from the ship so were off the ship with no hassles by 8:15. Didn't see our luggage from the time we put it outside the stateroom Sunday night until we arrived in LA Monday night. It was fantastic!

If you already have a transfer it is $20 for US Direct. (our transfer came with air/cruise). On board they send out a questionnaire during the week directed to people who already have transfers. Then there is an asterisk saying, more or less, "if you would like to purchase a transfer in order to use the US direct service, please go to customer service." or something like that.

We had the Princess transfers included with the cruise package. When we purchased the US Direct option - which was $15 per person - we decided to take an excursion in Vancouver as we weren't boarding the plane home until after 4 PM. Once they had enough people for that excursion, we turned in our transfers and were given $18 credit per person. The US Direct program on the Dawn Princess was fantastic and I would do it again in a minute! :D
