Oasis TA refund

Recommended Posts

I was on both the Oasis and Quantum TA.

My Quantum 25% Future Cruise Certificate arrived yesterday by post.

They are sent directly if you booked directly or to your agent if booked through an agent and then the agent notifies you.

The Oasis decision came two days after the Quantum letter and stated that it should arrive within 6 weeks.

FCC's can be applied to any sailing more than 4 days out. I have applied my previous certs at final payment.

I was told 6 weeks and being in Canada the mail from RCL takes a lot longer. We book directly with RCL, no TA.

So Quantum get their's before we get Oasis FCC, we left Oct. 14 from Rotterdam.

Didn't Quantum leave after that?

The decision to grant the FCC for the Quantum sailing was made prior to the decision to do so for Oasis. The Quantum letter arrived in the stateroom 2 days before I got a similar email concerning Oasis.

The Quantum letter did not reference exact timing, where the Oasis letter was very clear that it 'should' arrive within 6 weeks from November the 6th.

Thanks for the information.

Does the FCC state future Royal Caribbean sailings only or could it also be applied to a future Celebrity sailing?
