zoncom Posted December 7, 2014 #2 Share Posted December 7, 2014 (edited) Look up Planning a Group Cruise, top right of this page. Both cruise lines and larger discount cruise agencies have GroupCruise desks Use them.. Any booking over 8 cabins qualifies for group rates. If you organise this cruise you are eligible for 1 berth(not cabin), for each 8 booked. You do not handle $.I would spend time reading up here on groups.Best for an informed, experienced cruiser. You have to direct all questions to agency or line or become an unpaid cruise agent. Not for everyone! Edited December 7, 2014 by zoncom
Steftacular Posted January 26, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 26, 2015 I have a travel agent handling my group booking. I've done a lot on my own since I like to be in control of my group but she has no problems dealing with my group members and bugging them. I haven't done a group booking through the cruise line directly, but maybe try to find a local TA and explain what you need. Some TAs may not take your group if they feel like its too much work lol Feel free to PM if you want my TAs info. Ive used quite a few and finally found a keeper!
