Norwegian's On-Board Spend Sensation

Has anyone managed to take advantage of this current offer: Norwegian's On-Board Spend Sensation?

 

It supposedly offers $250 or $500 OBC (double that for suites) on "hundreds of cruises from April 2015 to April 2016", but the promotion doesn't seem to come up anywhere if you actually want to book something. This UK press release mentions some specific sailings, but the special offer does not appear in the details for any of them, as far as I have seen.

 

Does anyone have more information about how this promo actually works?

It says "selected cruises" there also, so possibly the selected cruises are very limited (I too tried to make few different mock bookings and didn't find any mentions about the OBC).

We booked. ....spirit Feb 2016 in balcony $500 OBC as doing B2B. But then again we are in UK so maybe this is a UK / EU offer only? (There are so many US offers we can't take advantage of If using a UK travel agent! )
