hollyboop Posted December 16, 2014 #2 Share Posted December 16, 2014 Just returned from St. Thomas and we walked off the ship and took a cab to Megan's Bay Beach. There's no need to book an excursion. We stayed on the beach all day - rented loungers, an umbrella and a water raft. It was our favorite beach! Enjoy. We are tendering on our 1/30 cruise as well. No worries We have tendered before. Tenders drop you off right in the middle of town. If I remember correctly, last time they used the life boats. No tender tickets required. Very quick ride in. There are six ships when we are there as well. Over 19K passangers. Megans Bay will look like Jones Beach on the 4th of July !
