We will be doing B2B on the Escape when she gets here next year.

Can you please tell me what to expect?

I know since we are in the same cabin we dont have to worry about the clothes, but what about customs?

and our sail and sign card?

Do we have to get off the ship totally?

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Have done many B2B's. You will be able to pick up your new room card at the front desk the night before your first leg ends. If you are in a suite the concierge/butler will take of it for you. Most likely you will have to exit the ship. Depends on the customs officials, but most of the time you are required.

Almost every B2B I have taken, the concierge was a bit confused about the process and wasn't a whole lot of help streamlining us into our second week. Basically, leave your stuff in your room, take your passport and customs form off with you. Get an 'in transit' sticker (which doesn't mean much to most port personnel), leave the ship when you want, jump back in line to board the ship again.

Non-suite in-transits usually get to sit in the VIP area until boarding.
