We had confirmed reservations on Super-Shuttle for airport to hotel and hotel to port. on Dec 6th and 7th.

Upon arriving at FLL and collecting baggage. we called for van and were told that they did not have a van for us. Here we are, tired after a 8 hour from Sacramento with my daughters two wheelchairs, two large bags and assorted carryons. They acknowledged my confirmed res but said that "WE DONT HAVE A PERMIT FOR THE AIRPORT".

We did manage to get a accessible cab after a while.

Next morning, we receive a call stating that the don't have transportation to the port either. NO PERMIT TO THE PORT!!!

It took us two hours to get a cab from the hotel to the port.

Filed formal complaint with SS, waiting for response

(Have used SS in many6 other cities without problems.)

Super Shuttle "screwed" us too back in November 2013. We made reservations and had a confirmation for them to pick us up at the Port of Miami after our Carnival Breeze cruise. We were told to call them to let them know when we were ready to be picked up. Well we called them, were put on hold, and then told they did not have anyone to pick us up. They told us that they double booked and that basically we were out of luck. So there we were stranded at the port and could not get a wheelchair van. Thankfully a wonderful police officer helped us out and was able to find transportation for us. While talking to our new driver, he informed us that Super Shuttle is famous for doing this to people.

We had super shuttle reservations LAX to San Pedro. SS said they had a van coming. They strung us along for 1. 1/2 hrs. Finally asked a Prime Time and in 5 min they were there I reported it but never heard except they gave res money back. SUPER SHUTTLE should be out of business. Keep passing the word to not use them.

We had a problem with Super Shuttle at the port of New York. One of the couples (older people) could not locate their luggage and even thou we all had a paid reservation for 8 people the driver would not wait and LEFT THEM.

They finally had to take a 2nd Super Shuttle that was there but they made these two 78 year olds sit on their suitcases while he weaved in and out of New York traffic.

NEVER AGAIN!!
