On the deck plans I noticed the International Cafe is on Fiesta Deck near the Casino. Is it set up the same as the other ships with the IC? Thanks.

Yes, but it's smaller with less seating. It's also a little out of the way so some people don't even realize it's there.

It is a small area.

Here are a couple of photos of it.

It is just to the left of the Casino entrance, plus you can enter the Casino from it.

Also, being on top of the casino tends to sometimes have cigarette odor permeating the area. Have been on the Coral twice since they added the IC and try to sit as far away from casino entry as possible.
