waterrats Posted August 29, 2005 #101 Share Posted August 29, 2005 I didn't recieve any documentation from Princess before I made final payment. Should I have received this before final payment? Ah, I think I have found the loop hole. Not that it matters. I don't sail for another month and I do purchase insurance. It for everyone elses information to read all this stuff. pcur Posted August 29, 2005 #102 Share Posted August 29, 2005 "Whether or not signed by Passenger, this ticket (contract section of the ticket booklet) shall be deemed to be an undertaking and acknowledgement by Passenger that he accepts yada yada yada....". No loophole; if so, then RCI needs to hire different lawyers!! :D :D
waterrats Posted August 29, 2005 #103 Share Posted August 29, 2005 "Whether or not signed by Passenger, this ticket (contract section of the ticket booklet) shall be deemed to be an undertaking and acknowledgement by Passenger that he accepts yada yada yada....". No loophole; if so, then RCI needs to hire different lawyers!! :D :D Once again I still see a loop hole. I see it as if you recieve your tickets and then read the contract section of your tickets, you can actually still decline to accept the contract for a full refund. They don't have you accept anything before final payment. Also to note again, not that it matters to me because I purchase insurance but there are many out there that don't. If a cruiseline ever screwed me over because they were being cheap (not given a fair credit for days missed. Miss 33% of cruise, should get 33% credit, ect.), yes they would lose me as a customer. Lets hope that it never happens. :-)
