Thrak Posted January 12, 2015 #101 Share Posted January 12, 2015 The question should not be if the Crown will ever be rid of Noro but if it will ever be rid of the RUMORs about Noro. It's getting old, IMO. I'm with you...
MauiLvrs Posted January 13, 2015 #102 Share Posted January 13, 2015 Unless you are on the Crown....LOL We were on the Crown in April just after the deep clean and didn't get sick. ;)
S.S.Oceanlover Posted January 13, 2015 #103 Share Posted January 13, 2015 We we on Crown a couple of years ago (2012) and it was full of the virus. They cleaned the ship during the cruise and after we got back. The next cruise never made it to its first port of call because of the virus. The ship turned around and came back to Port Everglades with out reaching one port of call to be cleaned again. My wife and I were on the cruise that didn't make a port. Nothing like a 5 day cruise to nowhere. So when people say, a bad day on a cruise is better than a good day at work I have to disagree. Rare Cruise Raider Posted January 13, 2015 #104 Share Posted January 13, 2015 Sometimes a cigar is just a smoke;). The Captain attended the party on the 12/30 cruise, which had enough Noro to warrant a deep clean after we disembarked. Oh yes, you are probably right....just me jumping to conclusions. There really wasn't any noro mentioned on our cruise in mid December.
