Gift Order, can't get through to them?

I've been trying for two days to place a gift order for our upcoming sailing on the Oasis. Both the phone line and fax line have been busy, constantly. I've tried the 800 number as well as the 305 without success. Either it's busy or I get a message the call didn't go through.

 

I dislike making comparisons but I've never had this experience with Princess. A few more tries and I'll give up. Quite frustrating!

The only 305 area code I see is if you are outside the U.S. or Canada.
