Staggered Boarding Houston?

Leaving on the Emerald Jan 18th and just got the staggered Boarding e-mail. How strict will they be in Houston? TIA

Got it last 2 years and they were fine with people coming at non designated times.

They won't. It's a "suggestion."

Based on our experience from two weeks ago, they aren't going to be strict at all. Nobody was checking if you came at the designated time or not. (We did come at the time we were "assigned", but since it was a prime boarding time--noon to 1pm--so did half of the ship's passengers!)
