Best for family w/ 11 and 13 yr.old boys?

We are traveling with our 13 year old son, and our 11 year old son will have his birthday the day that we are in Jamaica. We are all adventurous and the boys are fearless.

We have heard lots about Dunn River Falls, horseback riding, tubing, and Margaritaville.

Does anyone have any recommendations our family, and maybe something that would be very special for the birthday boy??:cool:

What you have proposed sounds great. All of those are excellent adventures - look into a personal private guide. They may also be able suggest special birthday ideas. There is also a canopy tour that you could look into if you are real adventurous. I have not done it, but have heard great things. Good luck.

We enjoyed the canopy tour out of Montego Bay, but you can also book it out of Ocho Rios. Search this board for "canopy tour" and you will find several threads/reviews.

I think they would love Margaritaville, especially if they are Buffet fans. There is a two story water slide and pretty good food. They can also enjoy the sand and water there. Go and have fun.

when you are in jamacia horse riding would be great. Tubing is good to but if you tube bring old tennis you will be in lots of water and prepare to walk a mile or two!!
