Call if your upgrade email offer is expired

I got an upgrade email to change from an OV guarantee to a balcony for $110 total for my 2/15/15 cruise on the Liberty. By the time I saw it and clicked thru, it said the offer had expired. I was bummed that I missed it, but oh, well, still going on a cruise. That was yesterday. Today, I decided to call the number on the email just to see if maybe it was still available. It was!!! Balcony cabin, here we come! Woohoo!
