Brilliance Four Day Menus? Chops?

Does anyone know the Brilliance Four Day menu schedule? I found on the board that Enchantment four day is Mojo - Saffron - Pomodoro - Pimiento. Is that the same for Brilliance? Also wondering what is available in Chops for the normal upcharge and what has an upcharge on the upcharge.

As far as I can recall all of our cruises have started with Mojo then Saffron(formal night), then they seem to vary in order.
