Are specialty restaurants on POA available to book online before the cruise? Anyone that has been on the POA cruise tour can you book the specialty restaurants with the NCL rep at the Marriott Waikiki?

You can book on line before the cruise, or as soon as you board. But when we did the POA, the specialty restaurants were always available except the Japanese grill place.

How soon after final payment do the specialty restaurants become available to book?

At least on all NCL ships (PoA is the only NCLA ship) you can prepurchase speciality restaurant dinners through MyNCL 90 days before departure (100 days if in real suite).

Thanks, only 15 days to my 90 day mark I'll start checking soon. Teppanyaki is the one I'm most interested in.
