Canceling Shore Excursion

It goes back to your credit card.

Carnival cancelled our excursion the night before because there wasn't enough to make a group. We were so disappointed because we had researched that sucker to death. Then we had to wait in a long line at the shore excursion desk to book something else. Ha! I'm sure you don't care so the answer is back to your original credit card.

I've cancelled directly with Carnival even when using a TA.

By the way, if you ever use a gift card to buy an excursion, you will get a replacement gift card back. And that can take weeks. So be as sure as you can when paying gift cards. Still waiting for a gift card to replace excursions I cancelled a month ago.

Thank you for your quick reply. I will call Carnival tomorrow. I was worried that we may not be able to cancel since we booked it on Carnival website. Thanks again.
