VIP Parking Jacksonville

Has anyone used this parking recently? Read mixed reviews online.

Yes. I highly recommend Shawn and his team. I've used them four times. They are on time, friendly and respectful.

Oops my boo boo. I was referring to Park & Fly ( just before and beside VIP). They are wonderful and cost less I think.

We park at the port, very easy. Tried VIP several times over last few years and were consistently disappointed. Shuttles took too long and car retrieval was disorganized. Last and final straw, our keys were in a bucket and had to be identified before car could be located. Not worth the hassle for us. :(

They also had changed locations and didn't bother to notify the reservations.

Jacksonville Port is easy parking as ports go and cost is reasonable. If not solo you can drive up to terminal drop passengers and luggage at curb, go park the car, pay in advance, take golf cart shuttle back to terminal.

When you return fetch your car, go pickup passengers and drive past everyone waiting for off site shuttles.

Our one experience with VIP wasn't very good.

 

We now park at the port only in Jacksonville....
