I'm taking a cruise in late October wanted to find out peoples thoughts about ship. First time on ship just came back in December from Caribbean cruise on Celebrity it was amazing.

We were on the Star in November on a 10 day cruise. It is one of the older grand class ships with skywalkers lounge sitting high above the stern. It makes for a great view day or night. It is a disco at night. The grand class Princess ships are all closely the same but not exact. We love Princess and the grand class ships. If you could be more specific we could better answer your questions.

Thank you so much for replying, I was mainly concerned about the cleanliness of the ship. I am so looking forward to this trip it's with my spouse and it's a surprise so I guess I want everything to be nice.

We're on her now, and she seems to be very clean. There are new carpets in some of the public areas, and I haven't noticed any dingy areas.

We really enjoyed the crew on the Star when we did a 15 day Hawaii last spring. One of the best we have encountered yet.

Great ship, on it last month…OUTSTANDING crew on board currently…have a safe journey.

I just got off the Star on Jan 3rd. It was very clean with lots of new carpet, new paint and all around shinny. It had just came out of dry dock when we boarded on Dec 19th. Love this ship.
