OBC missing / mystery code online

My final payment is almost due, and as I looked up my reservation summary online tonight, I noticed that my $200 on board credit is no longer showing under "Reservation Status." Also, there is a new code "PNPWORKAROUN" in the "Other Options" section, with a zero balance. I called customer service and was reassured that I still have my OBC, but the representative could not explain the new code. Any thoughts?
