YORKI1 Posted January 20, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2015 (edited) I booked a cruise on Friday 16 January 2015 and was able to access my Cruise Personaliser once, every time I have tried since I get this message: "Can not find validation element "FormValidationSummary". Make sure you've put an element with this ID into your HTML document. Does anyone know what this means? I checked the P&O site and everything they suggest I am doing, i.e. correct spelling and I am not in the Australian site. ++++++++++++Its working now+++++++++++++++++ Edited January 20, 2015 by YORKI1

Whatshallicallmyself Posted January 20, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 20, 2015 I get that sometimes just keep trying, it's seems to be worse on my iPad. I usually shut the site down clear the data in settings and try again later.
