Ziplining - Belize vs. Roatan vs. Cozumel

I am planning a family cruise for June and several (ages 9 to mid-60s) want to try ziplining. Apparently there are several options available.

In Cozumel we are going to Chankanaab Park for the dolphin encounter. I noticed that there is a ziplining course there. The prices are higher than the other stops. Is it that much better?

In Belize we are using cavetubing.bz for tubing, but I found they have a combo tubing and ziplining tour. It's an additional $25 to add ziplining at Belize Zipline Adventure to the price of the cave tubing, which doesn't seem too bad a deal.

In Roatan we are taking the Victor Bodden tour. We can add ziplining at Mayan Jungle Canopy for an additional $45 each.

Have anyone tried 1, 2 or all 3 of the ziplines? If so, what would be best for a multi-generational group. None of us are extreme sports enthusiasts, but we're not couch potatoes either.

I haven't ever done ziplining in any of these ports but I have visited them all.

Cozumel doesn't really have any kind of elevation changes and really there aren't many tall trees either.

In Roatan the ziplining I remember was right outside the cruise area, as in across the street. It wasn't very impressive. I see they have added a few more places though.

Belize though has an actual jungle/rain forest. Lots of very tall trees and elevation changes. If I had to pick a spot to zipline it'd probably be here, especially if you could combine it with cave tubing.

I did Zip lining in Honduras and it was great!! Did the Tour with Juan Carlos (islandertours@yahoodotcom) He took us to a Zipline (Memba Zipline) it's between coxen hole and sandy bay. Anyway if I remember correctly we did like at least 12 different levels of zip lines in the jungle...it was awesome!! Whatever you do...I hope you have fun!!:)

We sail that same itinerary a couple of summer ago with my teenage daughters and had an amazing time. My daughters do not stop talking about the what a great time they had especial the excursions. We did swimming with the dolphins in Cozumel, which is probably a great excursion anywhere. In Belize we did the cave tubing and zip lining. The key to that excursion is that you get a local tour guy from Belize and get off the boat early and do the zip line first because I hear the lines can get really long when cruise ships are there. I do not really know because we were the second group to go off that morning. Now is Grand Cayman you definitely need to do Jet skiing to Sting Ray sandbar this excursion was amazing we jet skied from the island all the way to the sandbar it was so much fun. After the sandbar we jet skied to an island nearby that you could see and hold live star fish and then back to the marina. this was by far our favorite excursion. You need to look for this excursion on line it is not offered on the cruise. Hop e this help and have a great time.
