You cant have alcohol delivered to your room by the bottle but you shouldnt have any problem carrying a reasonable amount of soft drinks on board with you.

You can certainly buy your drinks at a bar, and take them to your cabin!

You are allowed to bring 2 750ml bottles of wine per cabin onboard.

Yeah, I believe all Carnival Corp lines allow that. Royal stopped it some years ago from what I understand.

 

I figured you were talking about hard liquor and not wine so thats why I didnt even bother mentioning carrying on wine.

 

Your soft drinks shouldnt be a problem.
