Which cabin were you in? We were in U16 just a couple of sailings ahead of you and it was our first time in a porthole. We absolutely loved it!

Carnival Fascination Fun info on first day you get on the ship

Cruise Director: Jason Apps (Jase)

Mandatory Safety Briefing started at 3:15pm (since it was raining this day- we didn't have to go outside)

Lunch served on the first day was Italian

This ship has two dining rooms

Imagination on 8th floor Aft -
Sensation Dining Room on the 8th floor Fwd-
If you are choosing anytime dining you will be assigned to dining room Sensation and go between 5:45pm - 9:30pm

Free Liquor Tasting -

on floor 8 Fwd- 7:30pm- near Fun shops- get their early- line will be long!

Smoking Areas

Outside Lido deck 10- port side Fwd
Indoors: Stars Bar 9 Fwd
Casino Royale 9 Fwd
Diamonds Are Forever Nightclub 9 Mid
Cigars and pipes are only allowed on the Lido deck 10 port side

On Air TV in your cabin

HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY Dance.....we get on her in 6 days. This is the ship that started the addiction for me. I can't wait to see the changes since we were last on almost 7 years ago.

First Sea Day ...

We started out going to brunch and using our VIFP drink coupon (we had no idea this would be our last cruise to be able to use them under Gold status)

My step mom is so happy with her first drink (she turned RED status on this cruise) and finally was able to get a drink coupon. Small things makes everyone happy!

It wasn't hard to use like others say it is ... we sat down and a drink waiter came to our table and asked if we had a coupon and took our order. No more than 10 minutes we had our drinks in hand before our food arrived!

The rest of the day we sat in the serenity deck. It was so peaceful and relaxing. My husband and I only take one vacation out of the year. So we love having these kind of days ...

We did visit the taste bar. I am a vegetarian and wish they offered more on the taste bar menu! Taste bar is only open on sea days!
