I spotted some yesterday while watching a re-run of Famliy Feud

A whole family was wearing them

What is a pinnacle club medal? Only thing I've seen is a pinnacle name tag.

Its a BLUE Ribbon with The Crown & Anchor Logo at he end wth a Fake Gold appearance, it looks like a Medal

Think that is probably one of the prizes the give to winners of some onboard games. You are right they look like a medals but I don't think they have anything to do with the pinnacle club.
