Philob Posted January 26, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 26, 2015 What, if any, type of gov't ID is required for a minor (6 yo) to reboard the ship (NCL Star) while in port? We have passports but are leaving them in the safe. Thanks :)

MSN-Travelers Posted January 26, 2015 #3 Share Posted January 26, 2015 (edited) What, if any, type of gov't ID is required for a minor (6 yo) to reboard the ship (NCL Star) while in port? Minor children, with their parents, wouldn't be expected to have a government photo ID. It is not recommended to carry your passport with you when ashore. Enjoy! SadieN Posted February 11, 2015 #4 Share Posted February 11, 2015 (edited) Haven't needed to show picture ID in Ensenada, La Paz, PV, Loreto or Cabo recently. We always bring picture ID with us. Generally Under 16 do not need to but they can bring school ID. We got our kids State IDs thru the DMV when they were younger.
